Bill Bentley
Bill Bentley does watercolors and sketches of landscapes, old farm buildings, and artistic settings. He is a retired forester living on Wilhelm Farm in Granby with his wife, Ann Wilhelm.
His early art experiences included Chinese watercolor and botanical drawings for a forest ecologist. His subject matter reflects his interest in nature, working landscapes, and colorful people.
A gift from Ann prompted Bill to take watercolor lessons with Laura Eden. More recently, he took sketching lessons with Doug Williams. He currently is working on sketches and paintings of flowers, driftwood sculptures, and sunsets in the Caribbean.
